Fighter planes this sequel showcases modern day battling against the invading alien forces, Independence Day-style, but it keeps the same moniker. Confused? A. Relevant? It's not really.
You see, when you put aside the needlessly misleading title for a moment does, the fast-paced action on the Pacific Tigers 2 significant impact. Calling to mind the classic coin-gobbling arcade game Sega After Burner, this title is all about fast action, lots of explosions, cool and evasive maneuvers.
Like the classic Sega above, you are funneled down a linear path in the Pacific Tigers 2. While you have a small degree of influence over your general direction, you are basically in a locked and can not turn around.

Enemy attacks come in waves, and contacts are punctuated with large boss craft. As the game you'll find yourself in the cockpits of fighter jets wide range of famous, including the F-15, F-16, Su-27 Flanker.
